Today, we’re going to talk about a deck that I’m very fond of, one that I used to play back in the Expedition days. It’s a deck that ties into Iceborn Legacy, and the main idea is to level up your Spiderlings into something special.

The Iceborn Legacy is the classic way to do this, and it was a lot of fun to play with for a while. Unfortunately, it was nerfed away due to the Elusives. But, we do have a few more tools these days to help make the Spiderlings better.
One of the most popular Freljord cards of the past six months is Spirits Unleashed. This is a fantastic way to help level up all of your Spiderlings throughout the game. Another recent addition is The Wraith of Echoes. At the end of each round, for each ally that died, all allied copies of it everywhere get plus one plus one. So, if we lose two Spiderlings on the turn, The Wraith of Echoes will give all of our Spiderlings everywhere plus two plus two for the remainder of the game.
We’re looking to tie all of these unit boosting cards together with all of the spider generation. Hopefully, we can get some big spiders on the board to come in and close out the game. We also have a bit of interactivity with the Vile Feasts and Vengeances to take down opposing units. We have the Buried and Ice along with Its That Stares combo to get those big AOE clears on the opposing board. And, we have some high quality champions in both Trundle and Elise.
So, that’s the deck that we’re going to battle with today. It’s a fun deck that can be used to level up your Spiderlings and close out the game with some big spiders. With the right tools, you can use this deck to your advantage and have a lot of fun playing it.
