Today we’re going to be playing a control version of the classic Nasus Kindred deck. This deck is all about using removal spells like Hate Spikes, Black Spears, and Crumbles to stall out the game until we can get our giant Nasus down and crush the opponent. To help us get to that point, we have a fair amount of board stall cards like Wings and the Wave, and Fading Icon that can generate units, but they’re more for fueling the rest of our deck than just throwing a bunch of units on the board.

The key to this deck is Nasus. We want to get him down as soon as possible and have him attack for big damage, which should be enough to win the game. If it’s not, then we can back up to the Atrocity and go for the slow speed Atrocity kill.

Overall, this is a great deck for those who want to play a more control-oriented version of the classic Nasus Kindred deck. We’ll be playing five games today to see how it goes, so stay tuned to see how it turns out!
