In this video, we introduce a new deck that we’ve been trying to build for a while. The deck revolves around the bear champion Udyr and his strike ability. We tried to build this deck multiple times but were unable to do so due to the limitations of the Standard format. However, with the release of Singleton, we are now able to play three factions and try out this deck.
The deck consists of six champions, including Fiora, Gnar, Jack, Garen, Udyr, and Jarvan, all of whom care about strikes and strike-based abilities. The deck also includes a variety of strike-based spells, such as Prie Fight, Fish Fight, Single Combat, Wings of War, and Concerted Strike. Additionally, the deck includes some cards from the Bilgewater Tristana deck, such as Five Punch Pablo’s and the King’s Court, to gain access to additional strikes.
The deck also follows our guidelines for success in Singleton, which includes playing high-powered cards and spells. The deck includes cards such as Buried in Ice, Champion’s Strength, and Feel the Rush. We also include Avrosan Hearthguard, Revna, Spirits Unleashed, and Gift of the Hearthblood. These cards allow the deck to potentially outstat and out mid-range opponents if the strike-based strategy does not come together as planned.
Overall, the we’re excited to try out this new deck and see how it performs in the Singleton Gauntlet.
