The Build:

- Powder Flask
- Toxic Double Barrel
- Captain’s Wheel
- Silencer
- Fiery Crow’s Nest
Very common Double Barrel build. Amulet/Flask can be swapped with Ramrod depending on what items turn up. Waters of Infinity (+10 Regeneration for each non-weapon item) made the smaller items feel better here. Captain’s Wheel can be swapped with Swashbuckle. Most builds starting with Left Hand/Right Hand will look to build into Crow’s Nest. Great utility with Bullet Time and Temporal Strike, dropping a ton of early slows and giving potential for Slow scaling if the skills turn up.
