This build looks to combo the Arbalest’s scaling damage with the multicast haste from Arbalest. With a quick activation of Oceanic Rush (1 haste), Captain’s Wheel (2 hastes) and Diving Weights (7 hastes), the first shot will be doing ~1000 damage and 100 poison.
