This build looks to lock down the opponents board with Freeze while the burn from Frozen Flame ticks off their health. Our Weaselpede maintains multicast by the Lash Out skill (Round Start, poison 3).
We focused heavy cooldown reduction onto our Energy Potion to get our items activating before our opponents. In the day 1 meta of patch 1.0, whoever activates first tends to win.
