Today I’m going to be talking about one of my favorite decks in the Eternal format: Poppy Lulu. This deck has a lot of great features that I love, from the interactivity between the challengers and the Single Combat, to the high-powered attacking plays with all the supports and quick attacks. It also has a great late game punch with the classic Poppy plus rally strategy.
At its core, this deck is all about board control. We’re trying to set up challenges and attacks so that our good units can take down the opponent’s best units without dying. This is especially easy to do when we draw into Petracite Broadwing and Lulu. We can attack with Lulu’s support, take down the opponent’s 3-3, and then have Lulu survive against the rest of the units. This is made even easier with the Yordle Smith giving everyone on the team Quick Attack.

The other main strategy of this deck is Poppy. Poppy is great because it allows us to attack with multiple units and give them all a bonus. We can also use Poppy to make some really high-powered attacks. We can build up giant boards, attack with Poppy, grow the whole team, have people survive, rally attack, and if that’s not enough, the third attack with Poppy should be good enough for the kill.
Overall, Poppy Lulu is a great deck that I’m looking forward to playing in the upcoming Runetera Open. It has a lot of great features that make it a great choice for board control and high-powered attacking plays. I’m excited to see what this deck can do!
