This build looks to take advantage of the on hit effects from the Beehive. The Beehive/Busy Bee activation will trigger any adjacent item effects such as Duct Tape or Model Ship.
This has potential to be more effective than a Caltrops build if you land any additional on hit skills. While we couldn’t make use of it in this build, the Juggler skill would have been fantastic with any large item. More commonly, you will be able to scale upwards with Robe, Hardened Shield, or Sharp Corners.
