Dooley Burn build using the Welding Torch (50% cooldown reduction if you are shielded) with the Defense Grid skill (at start of battle gain shield equal to 20% of your max health). Also combos the 3x multistrike Missle Launcher with temporal strike (haste on weapon use if you only have one weapon).
