The Build:
- Clamera (+1 Slow)
- Heavy Dive Weights (+1 Haste)
- Life Preserver
- Sharkray
- Shielded Card Table
- Figurehead
This build uses Card Table to scale up a giant multicasting Sharkray. Dive Weights is the haste activator while Life Preserver fills the role of Crow’s Nest in providing sustain.
The Crashing Waves skill (when you use an Aquatic item, haste a weapon 1 second) performs double duty in scaling up our Sharkray damage while giving it perma-haste.
