This build looks to abuse the Thick Hide (When you slow, charge an item 1 second) with a heavy Double Barrel (Slow 2 items for 1 second). A single Double Barrel usage gives us 4 seconds of charge in return! We gain additional charge with Shield Bash (the first 8 times your opponent uses a non-weapon item, charge a weapon 1 second) at the start of battle.
This allows us to IMMEDIATELY start spiking large amounts of damage onto our opponent!
