Welcome to the world of Runetera, where Garen and his friends have been around since the beginning. Today, we’re talking about the strategy of building up units that are bigger than our opponents, and how it can help us generate virtual card advantage.
This strategy has been around since the dawn of Runetera, and it’s still a great way to gain an edge in the game. The idea behind this strategy is to put a 4-4 in front of our opponent’s Legion Rearguard. This will help us survive their attacks and generate card advantage. It also helps us make our opponent’s removal spells less effective, as they can’t Mystic shot a 3 health unit.
However, this strategy isn’t without its weaknesses. The deck isn’t particularly interactive, as the only interactive units are the Silverwing Vanguards and Swiftwing Flights.
Additionally, we need either an elusive and a rally, or an overwhelm to deal damage through our opponent’s board. That’s why we’re introducing a new element to the strategy: Deny.
Deny can help us shut down our opponent’s big, high-impact spells, like Buried in the Ice from a Freljord deck, Vengeances, or Shadow Isles Tristana and their Atrocities. This will help us break the cycle of our opponent blocking our attacks and refilling their board, and prevent them from ending the game with a Tristana for 16 damage.
So, if you’re looking for a way to gain an edge in Runetera, consider giving this strategy a try. With the addition of Deny, you’ll be able to shut down your opponent’s big spells and gain the upper hand. Good luck, and happy gaming!
