Today we’re taking a look at Soul Cleave, the hottest new card out of the 4.1 patch and the decks that have come out of it.

Two of the decks have really stood out: the Anivia Harrowing deck and the Kalista/Nocturne Fearsome deck. The Fearsome deck is an interesting deck that has a lot of combos and uses Soul Cleave to great effect.

Soul Cleave is a great way to level up your Mist Wraiths, giving them a plus two attack. It can also be used with Frenzied Skitterer or Nocturne shrink your opponent’s units so they can’t block your Fearsomes.
Don’t forget that you can also target Nocturne with Soul Cleave, which will put two copies of him into play but only give your opponent’s units minus one attack.

The Fearsome deck also has a few other cards that make it unique. Legionary Charge is a great way to search up Nocturne, and the Harrowing is a great way to drain your opponent’s cards and then swing back with a full board of units that can’t be blocked.
Kalista is also a great card in this deck. A single Soul Cleave is enough to flip her, and then she can do the classic Expedition combos of recalling Wraith Callers. You can also use her to recall Mist Wraiths or Frenzied Skitter to provide more support on the board.
Overall, the Fearsome stack is a great deck that has a lot of interesting combos and strategies. It’s a great way to take advantage of the 4.1 patch and the new cards that have come out of it. It’s a great mix of aggro and combo, and it’s sure to be a great deck in the current meta.
