Today we’re going to be playing Gangplank Sejuani, a deck that has recently become quite popular. It wasn’t until the Spirits Unleashed expansion was released that people began to realize how powerful this deck could be. It’s been quite the journey for Gangplank and Sejuani, who have been around since the Rising Tides expansion, but never really made a big splash in the meta until recently.

This deck is all about maximizing the power of Gangplank and Sejuani, and getting them leveled up as quickly as possible. To do this, we’re going to be using cards like Jagged Butcher, Black Market Merchant, Warning Shot, and Parlay. While this deck does have some Plunder elements, it’s not really a Plunder deck. It’s more about getting those Champions leveled up.

Sejuani is an incredibly powerful Champion, and if she’s able to level up, she can shut down so many decks. To help us get our Champions leveled up quickly, we’re going to be using cards like Tusk Speaker, which can deal damage to the opponent on the opposing turn. This is important because it allows us to level up our Champions by turn five or six, rather than waiting until turn nine or ten.

The last card I want to mention is Revna. This card is often overlooked, but it can be incredibly powerful against mid-rangey combat oriented decks. It’s especially useful in the current meta, where decks like Sun Disk are popular. Revna can really help us take down these decks.
