Today we’re going to be taking a look at a new take on the classic Rumble deck. This version of the deck is less focused on OTKs, and has some extra value built in to help it stay in the game if the initial Rumble plan fails.

At the core of this deck is the goal of giving Rumble Overwhelm. We have a few ways to do this, such as discarding Sion. We’re not playing the Overwhelm weapon in this deck, as it tends to be too slow without access to Tumbles. However, we do have a few discard options, such as Scrapheap and the Electro Harpoon, which can help get Sion out of hand and onto Rumble.

Since Rumble is such an important card to the deck, we have a few build-around capabilities for him. We have Legionary Charge, which should guarantee the draw into Rumble, and Survival Skills, which can help protect Rumble once he’s on board. We also have a few strikes that tie into Rumble, such as Whirling Death, which counts as Mecha-Yordle damage and can help level up Rumble.

So that’s the deck we’ll be playing with today. Let’s jump in and see if we can have some fun with these Mecha-Yordles before our friend Samira turns up and is ready for battle. With the extra value built into this deck, we should be able to put up a good fight and hopefully come out on top.
