Build takes full effect of the Heavy Dive Weights. Bullet Time gives us a slow any time we use an ammo item, so the first pop of Dive Weights dishes out 14 slows. We also have Assault Focus delivering an additional slow any time a non-weapon item is used.
All of these slows allow us to pop off for tons of damage with Proboscis. Wand keeps our items activating even though our items will be slowed.
