Insane combo between Tropical Island (When you slow, gain 10 regeneration), Essence Overflow (Your weapons gain +damage equal to your Regeneration) and Viper Cane (On use, an Regeneration item gains +Regeneration equal to this weapon’s damage).
At the end of each battle, we would have ~3,000 Regeneration with Tropical Island giving over 200 regen per slow. We stack up a ton of slows with Neural Toxin (When you use an adjacent item, slow 2).
Great Haste package with Rigged, Thick Hide (when you Slow, Charge 1) and double Smelling Salts. Extra nice that Tropical Island and Neural Toxins don’t activate, limiting us to only six targets for each charge.
