Another build abusing Adrenal Converter. The poison activations from Injection System + Spider Mace generate near infinite cycles. The self poison fuels the regeneration from Adrenal Converter.
Adrenal Converter + Vital Renewal (When you Poison, a regen item gains +2 regen) allows you to easily gain 2,500+ regen per fight. With Soul Ring dealing poison equal to your regen, it will close out a battle even against pure heal Pyg.
Our weakness is getting one shot. Earrings allow us to hopefully scale up out of a big single crit kill.
