All in Pufferfish – Shot Glasses build. Build aims to quickly activate Pufferfish when the Shot Glasses passes out 8 haste activations. Charge items are extra strong in that they bypass the negative effects of slow.
Pesky Pete does not belong in the build, but I had a bronze Seaweed I sold trying to upgrade and missed on finding another defensive item.
Very powerful cool down reduction in Barnacle Crusted (-20% on Aquatic) and Tiny Dancer (-5% if you have 7+ items) and instant battle bonuses in Rigged (start of fight haste 2 items for 3 seconds) Slow Freeze and Toxin Injectors.
